Certified translation of evidence for lawsuits and proceedings
Emails, bank statements, purchase orders, invoices, contracts and business correspondence, translated from English into Spanish or from Spanish into English and certified by a court-appointed translator with license GES-PD-0641.
What we translate for lawsuits and proceedings
When a party offers English-language documents as evidence in Mexico, or Spanish documents must be submitted in English, a complete and faithful translation signed by a court-appointed translator (perito traductor) is required. We translate from English into Spanish and from Spanish into English:
- Emails and their attachments
- Bank statements and banking records
- Purchase orders and invoices
- Contracts, agreements, amendments and exhibits
- Business correspondence between the parties
- Other English-language documents offered as documentary evidence
We translate the entire document, including headers, stamps, signatures and annotations, so that the translation corresponds fully to the original.
Valid throughout Mexico
Certified translation signed and sealed by a perito traductor with license GES-PD-0641, for filing with courts and authorities throughout Mexico.
Confidentiality
The translator handles your documents personally. If your firm or your client requires it, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before receiving them.
Large evidence packages
Extensive files translated with the same terminology from beginning to end, with partial deliveries when the volume warrants it.
Online verification
Each certified translation can be verified online at Verify a certification.
A translator with a verifiable track record
In litigation, the translation of a piece of evidence must withstand scrutiny by the opposing party and the court.

If the court or authority receiving the evidence has specific requirements, we confirm them with you before quoting.
